SWELL Fringe – Seasonal Wine Tasting
Join us for a surprising experience with Sommelier Brenton Jull, a mastermind around a great bottle of wine.
BJ is your guide to all things weird and wonderful in the wine world, here to steer you into a new wine-tasting experience in the Dust Temple space. Upon arrival, enjoy a glass of crisp Pet Nat, served by BJ, and wander through the SWELL Smalls Gallery to enjoy the sculptures before the night kicks off.
Move into the courtyard to taste five more wines and hear the captivating stories of each bottle. Every wine has been carefully selected by Sommelier BJ with an immense attention to detail, paying heed to its unique taste, artistic flare, and, each mouthful being enhanced by a small plate created by chef Gareth Keenan.
For the lovers of wine, food, and art, and for those who want to take a look into the unique vineyards around Australia, a night of Seasonal Wine Tasting with the SWELL Fringe Festival is for you.
